This is a great knife but the manufacture really needs to believe so themselves!! This knife should be supplied with a protective cover to prevent the blade being damaged in the drawer and instructions to care and sharpen the knife to keep it at its best.

I didn't like the knife tbh I've been a chef for years bout 7 years nowadays I found the knife really heavy and the handle very slippy like if get a tiny bit wet always drying my knife
