I started giving my husband Huel (banana &strawberries pre prepared drink) to substitute meals after he unexpectedly was unable to eat for several days. The effect was amazing and immediate. He bounces back with more energy and clarity every time he uses when he can tolerated only light fluids. Now he is having two drinks a day and solid food. As a previous marathon and long distance runner he is very impressed with the Huel products and recommends it with pleasure. Although bit expensive for old timers, we both feel it is good value for money, and tasty!

I have been using Huel for a few months since it is a quick, easy and relatively cheap way to fill you up whilst hitting your macros, making it good for cutting fat but also maintaining muscle mass (assuming you still work out). When I'm too lazy to cook, I use the Black Edition as a meal replacement (I don't use the normal or Lite versions since the Black Edition is more dense). It's also much healthier and cheaper compared to ordering takeout or eating processed supermarket food so it has the added benefit of being guilt-free. I would say if you are bulking or have a large appetite, one bottle will not be filling enough, and so can instead serve as a supplement to a meal The Chocolate flavour is my favourite because the texture makes it taste like an actual chocolate milkshake without all the negatives (compared to some of the other flavours e.g. Strawberry & Banana that taste more synthetic, though I would also heavily recommend Cookies & Cream and Chocolate Peanut Butter)

Tasty, nutritional, a surprising food alternative that really does promise to fill that hunger & gives that welcome energy boost without bloating or that chemical taste, will definitely be ordering again.

Loses 1 star due to the cost but I love it all the same. I've tried lots of protein drinks over the years but this one from Huel is easily the best tasting. I've found it perfect as a meal replacement or as a substitute to deal with my sugar/chocolate cravings I get now and again and it's also a great addition to my weight training regime.

as described. came in secure packaging. happy with everything. cheaper than buying them at supermarkets at its current pricing. protein content high compared to others on market, fully vegan, great flavour, almost have to stop myself having them as normal drinks! also marked my name and my partners name clearly on lid so i know he wont be taking mine haha. i love this product.

Huel black edition is a really good replacement meal with everything your body needs to keep you going, I have found it’s an excellent way to help lose weight and I use it as part of a balanced diet, I have now lost two and a half stone thanks to Huel, it as good health benefits too

Very nice taste, a wee bit chalky and because of the protein it may make you a bit windy very filling

Update : They seem to have gone back to the original recipe or manufacture so they are amazing again! Well done for listening to the reviews if that is what led the restoring of the good product quality! Original Review : These used to taste amazing but since they changed packaging and lids on the bottles im 99.9% sure they changed the ingredients cause now they taste vile. Ingredient list looks very similar but an additional hemp seed ingredient and a few minor changes has completely ruined the taste for me and I will be cancelling my subscription after drinking these daily for 10 months. Hopefully they are not just doing it to save money!
