Since having kids I would get migraines every month before ovulation and/or my menstrual cycle. Now that I am approaching pre-menopause, this has helped reduced the number of migraines and supports the mood changes that come. I take this every night and have definitely noticed the positive changes.

After a second day of use I feel improvements I could have only guessed who might be offered in this way. Of the most notable improvements I’ve already seen has been improved mood, better task focus, improved executive thinking and an improved overall sense of well being.

The packaging threw me off when I was looking g for the product initially but realized it was the same product with great results.

I was not fully satisfied with the product so they have refunded me. I hope this product is successful for others it just did not work for me. Thank you for trying.

Took this product for about 6 months, worked wonders for my hot flashes. The only problem is that it has Black Cohosh in it and made my ALT levels spike. When I say spike, high levels are normally 48, mine were 76. High ALT levels affect your liver. Please be very careful when taking this and do your research into Black Cohosh.

Didn't work for me. It made me have horrendous mood swings. Does not mean it won't work for you.

I began using this product three evenings ago. I took the suggestion of taking the supplement in the evening. Although a short period of time, this product has helped my sleep, fatigue at wake up time and during the day, and joint pain tremendously. I look forward to continuing this supplement and providing further review at a later date. *UPDATE-I have really enjoyed this product for the main purpose that it has improved my sleep. I was taking the full dose at night, but would end up with a head ache in the morning. Then I switch to taking half in the morning and half at night. I still would wake up with a head ache, but not as strong as before. Now I take the full dose in the morning and still get great sleep.

I used this for around 4 days. Each day I had the worst headache after taking them. I stopped, and the headache stopped. I am returning them for a refund.
