I keep the bottle by my bathroom sink and take one before brushing my teeth and heading to bed to relax. I’ve noticed that I’m able to fall asleep quicker and sleep through the night so that I feel somewhat normal even when waking up at 9 or 10am. Even though I’m not a huge fan of gummies and would rather swallow medicine than get it stuck all in my teeth, I’ll continue getting this sleep in a bottle since it works so well for me!

My honest opinion...I don't know if the recipe has changed since the last time that I purchased these about a year ago, but my grandson loved the previous jar of these. He even used to ask for a second one, which I of course wouldn't give him. But he says that he doesn't like the way that the gummies from this jar taste.As for the effectiveness... It could be that my grandson has gained a few more pounds as he's growing. But the gummies from our previous jar seemed to work better than those in this new jar.I might try a different brand of these.

I gave one to each of my kids and unfortunately none of them could end up chewing it completely. I'm obviously not going to force them. Its not the first time they tried a gummy like this but unfortunately, this is the first one that they didn't like the taste.

We got these to try for our daughter who seems to struggle getting good sleep, always grumpy in the mornings from restless sleep, and struggling to fall asleep. We did notice it helping but we don't give these to her daily, more like twice a week so she doesn't end up reliant on it. She actually prefers the chew tablets over these gummies but she does still like these a lot.

I wasn’t going to personally try one of these gummies to write my review (I didn’t want to start snoring on my keyboard), so you’ll just have to trust my kids’ experience.They, like me, often have minds so busy that it’s difficult to settle down for bedtime. Your mind is racing over all the things you’ve done, all the things you’re going to do tomorrow, and all the other random thoughts you have bouncing in your mind. Sometimes, when they NEED to sleep but they’re having a hard time settling down, they’ll ask for a “sleep chewie.” One sleep gummy, settle down with a book, and they seem to sleep better.I LOVE this particular sleep gummy because it DOES NOT contain coconut oil. Do you know how difficult it is to find a kids’ sleep gummy that doesn’t contain coconut oil? It’s extremely difficult.I’m not sure what the function of the included blueberry powder and lutein are in this gummy (Kid’s Sleep Proprietary Blend), but my kids like it, and they ask for it occasionally when their brains are just a little too busy. I like that Hello Bello makes a product I can feel safe giving to my kids. I have to give this 5* - now, do they make an adult one? Must investigate.
