I rarely leave reviews but had to for this product as I am very appreciative of it. Following a full frontal hysterectomy this cushion set has been fantastic to help me rest on the couch and to sleep in a zero gravity chair with good and comfortable support (the pieces are lightm enough to take from couch to bed). Very good quality: good material, sturdy, and firm yet soft/comfortable. The thinner half-cylinder cushions were perfect for the small curves my body (neck and lumbar); I just wish there were four of them instead of three, as I would have used them as arm rests too, as they are so comfortable. They can be used right away without instructions but the photos show you how you can use the Velcro tabs to keep the pieces in place as you like them. I will continue using them to watch movies while laying on the couch … the little pocket on the side for my thin TV remote is very handy! :). I am not very worried about washability as I mostly cover it with a sheet.

GREAT value for the money, has excellent support for you. The pillow is very stout and holds up to weight very well. I'm a fairly large girl and it holds me up well, I can't sleep sitting up and the positional abilities are wonderful for being able to get comfortable enough to make you want to sleep on it. it is just the right size to use it in a double bed with your partner too.

I got this for my sister-in-law following her knee reconstruction surgery, during which she was on bed rest for two weeks. She frequently complained of back pain from prolonged sitting and lying down. As soon as we started using this, she experienced significant relief from her back pain. The product was easy to assemble, very versatile, and provided solid support. The size was just right and made a noticeable difference in her comfort. The only downside was the back cushion cover—it tended to shift, and the Velcro didn’t hold as well as expected. That said, overall it was a great help during her recovery and made a big improvement in her daily comfort

This is an amazing set that works great people needing to sleep upright. My husband has GERD and uses this to sleep, I love that you can take the covers off and wash them. I also use it when I’m in bed wanting to read or wanting to sit up and watch tv. I love the duality of being able to change the setup to however you’d like. We use these 2 pieces but will change it up if we ever want to.

This is ok for how long I will need it, but thankfully I will not have to use this for a lifetime, as I do not find it to be very comfortable. I had skin cancer removed from my face, and I am to sleep sitting up, either in a recliner or something on the order of this wedge, and I am to do this for however long it takes for the stitches and scabs to dissolve and heal, which could be three weeks up to one year. This wedge set is so-so in comfort. I ordered the 4-piece set, 21.7" wide. The wedge for head and back support is odd. The pillow pad portion does not come down low enough, as the straps to secure it are not long enough. Also, I would much prefer to attach the pillow pad for lumbar support so that it stays in place, but again, the straps used to Velcro it to the head/back wedge are too short. The foot wedge is not comfortable. It sets up too high. I have tossed it into my closet and use a pillow under my knees for support instead. I probably could have found a wedge just for the head/back if I had known the foot wedge was the way it is, thus saving money and not wasting it on something that I will never use. The material of the wedges and head/lumbar support is crappy because it picks easily, but I have not seen a wedge set that is made of a material to hold up nicely. It is easy enough to use and put away, and I do appreciate the storage bag.

I had major surgery in Aug 2025 and have found this product to be extremely helpful. The quality is good and the pieces can be arranged and rearranged in numerous ways. I previously wondered if it would be worth paying the price of this product, but am now convinced it was worth every penny!

I am a lifelong side sleeper. One shallow cervical pillow under my head, and another between my knees. I've never been able to fall asleep on my back... until now. I ordered this ahead of surgery, after which I will need to sleep on my back and elevated for some time, so I figured I should start training now. Mine didn't arrive as compressed as other reviewers reported. It was simple enough to attach by looking at the card insert. The finish is above what I expected. Very decent. I have a cat who sleeps with me and it's been pretty resilient against collecting cat hair. The back provides a nice, sink in comfort but fairly firm support. The one issue I have with it is: at 5'8" (long torso) I find the pillow positions to be challenging to find the sweet spot between lumbar and head support. I'm certain this will be likely with any other this design. I have been "working" with the fully assembled unit. The elevated back is too much for me to fall asleep with at this point, but the knee support has been a tremendous game changer! It took a few days to get used to falling asleep in that position but it keeps me in the same spot all night, and that, in itself, has been a significant reduction in my back and neck pain. I am confident this will be sufficent enough for my needs and durable enough to survive the job. After this use, I can stow the back pieces in the included storage bag. I don't forsee giving the knee wedge up... ever ;)
