Absolutely love love this. I have glute pain on and off. This worked so well. I would get relief immediately after using it. I can lay on it and move my butt around to get at the right spot and at the right angle. I have a million massagers laying around my house. This is the only one I use.

I've been having back and shoulder aches. This really helps ease the pain. The massage quality is really good and it seems sturdily built. It's a little clunky and awkward, if you are laying down and trying to massage your back. This is the only reason I gave it four stars, instead of five. It's best used when you are sitting in an upright position. But it's still value for money because it's less than the price of one massage and it managed to ease my aches and tensions.

This is an amazing massager. The arm handle loops allow for quick positioning. It is easy to go from neck to lower back just by moving your arms. The massage pattern feels very natural and the alternating massage patterns keeps the session from feeling automated and mundane. The heat is just right and soothes. This is how you fix 10 hours of sitting at a desk for work.

This product is unreal! I ordered this during a chaotic period of work, and so I took delivery, and quickly set it aside and forgot about it. Today, my neck and traps were hurting so much from living way too much of my life hunched over, typing. After unsuccessfully trying to get the pain out with a Theragun, I remembered that I had this. So I got it out and plugged it in and promptly had my mind blown. Immediately I was shocked my how strong the massaging action was. The surprise turned to genuine surprise and amazement as the different massage motions felt no different in terms of strength and precision as the best human-provided neck and shoulder massage I’ve ever had! After 15 minutes my muscle knots were long gone and my pain was in retreat. As an added bonus, i feel super relaxed - which is just what i needed in the middle of a heavy work docket right now. Amazing product!! I’m genuinely thankful to whomever developed it. So good that I’m telling a bunch of friends to get this ASAP!

honestly this is one of the best massagers I have every used. I really find it effective for body pain anywhere that I can use it....legs, arms, back, neck, hands!!, shoulders etc. The only reason that I am giving it a 3 star review is that I am now on my 4th machine. I use it fairly frequently on my lower back and legs...I put a fair bit of pressure on it because I like a really deep massage...and when I do that it really works to alleviate my pain. The problem is that the internal gears that rotate the heads are made of plastic and ...for me...after about 4 months of weekly use they start to disintegrate.... it starts making a loud clicking noise and then the heads stop rotating...eventually they stop working altogether. it's really disappointing as I love this device so much. I am going to buy two more today ..one for home and one for travel... mainly because I have tried others and they just don't work as well...but if they stop working within a year...I'm afraid that I will have to look for something else. I have written to the company asking them to replace the plastic gear parts with either a much harder plastic or metal gears so that they don't fall apart so quickly. I didn't receive a reply. I also returned one of the units I bought and it was replaced no questions asked which is really great. I don't feel I can keep returning them though...so I'm caught...best machine ever...breaks down really quickly for me.

In general, gets the job done. Applies just the right amount of pressure. Very comfy! Extra carry-on bag is useful. Make sure to check the type of power plug when ordering.

Massage element works well, though minimal ability to adjust so that the machine stays on lower/gentle settings for those with severe shoulder pain. Minimal heat which is very disappointing as the heat mode was the main reason for going for the more expensive machine, for pain relief. Well made & gives a strong massage.
