One star because the information given in incorrect. This is not a true USB-C cable. It is USB-C to the unit, but the older, slower USB-A to the supply. I returned one thinking it had the wrong cable. It is also very over-priced by Oura, which is a pity because the ring costs a small fortune, then the subscription, and - as if that wasn't enough - they get greedy over the cost of a charger.

Product did not charge the Gen2 Oura Ring.

This was a great replacement for my broken one. I had no issues with packaging or quality. Stills works perfectly!
