Good vacuum cleaner with excellent suction power. The 1700W motor and 42L capacity work well for both wet and dry cleaning. HEPA filter is effective and build quality feels solid. The wet/dry functionality is very useful and it comes with good attachments. At 6.5k, it's decent value for the features offered. Only downside, It's quite loud during operation, so not ideal for use when others are sleeping or in quiet environments. Overall recommended if you can handle the noise level.

Worst customer care service.
Worst product. I bought it three months ago and now it has stopped working and throwing out dust from the upper lid. Tried to contact customer support but it is being irresponsive all the time. Not answering to the calls, not responding to the whatsapp messages and also not responding to the mails. Worst worst product ever bought.

Nice product for cleaning office or home.

Not for long use
Product is ok but shuts down after 10 minutes of use to prevent overheating of the motor and starts after 15 - 20 minutes again

Design improvement required
Good product.. Good suction pressure and blower output. Need a change in design of the connector between flexible hose and pipe. The bend angle should be reduced as wider angle puts stress on the wrist thereby makes it uncomfortable for using it.
