Product was okay but the packaging was terrible. The product was in a torn envelope with no protective covering and had been stuffed in my mailbox. Product was wet from the snow. Very disappointing

These look like the picture and they are very soft. They feel good because they stay somewhat cool. What I don't like is they are not really standard pillow size. The ends of the pillow stick out from end seam of the case, they are shortcut.
