Initially, this blender gave us tough time to start but after customer support, we could managed to restart it and now it is working satisfactorily. No issue.

Initially, I thought the issue was due to low battery, but even after fully charging it, the product still does not function. I checked for a return option, but only a replacement option is available. I am not satisfied with the quality of this product.

The jar is glass bottle and the best thing is that if the alignment of the bottle is not as per the required criteria then the blender will not start- that means it is safe to use.
