10pcs 4PIN Transparent COB Connectors for RGB COB Light Strips Solerless Connection (10mm-4PIN-RGB-Strip to Wire) with 5pcs 15cm Long Wires

I needed the connectors for COB lights to make one 26 foot run vs. running them from separate directions, since they come in 16.2 ft. rolls. I installed it in a track diffuser for ease of use and an easier surface to stick to on the sides and top of a new decorative wall I built in our master. Couple of suggestions: don't cut the copper connectors at the line like they suggest, cut it right at the end to give you more length. Also pull back the tape a bit from the end you are connecting and use it to stick to the plastic piece to help hold it still.

This worked mostly perfectly for connecting my COB lights, with a note here for other viewers that SHOULD be included in the instructions. For some waterproof COB LEDs, there is a thick layer of clear plastic over the strip to protect it. If you're trying to use those with one of these connectors it will not fit. You will have to scrape off just a bit of that clear "gel" with a fingernail, just enough to fit it into the connector and then it will work. This is mentioned nowhere in the instructions, and my electrician was about to give up altogether until I tried that. For that I knock off just a star, as the product functions perfectly in every other aspect. My one note to the manufacturer would be to produce a version of this designed for 90-degree corners. that's to say that this T-connector works perfectly on a flat wall, but can be troublesome to use with corners and was challenging for me in that regard.

Best product to used

These didn't work for me. My strips of LED lights were pretty thin, but these connectors still mangled the ends. Soldering wires between the runs worked perfectly though.

The T connection that I needed to complete this Home project was exactly as described. Before you order the primary lighting system, I would look into the additional connectors needed to complete the project. This tea connection is just an example of such such an issue.

These are not perfect. You need pliers to install them. Other designs have hinged connections and you can connect them by hand. And if a metal connector is too deep in the plastic you can’t push the strip in. You must pull the connector out. Not a fast way to work.
