No product support for defective equipment - buyer beware.
Motherboard lasted 10 weeks before an issue with the memory slots around DIMM1 destabilized the entire system. Seller's solution to the problem is copy/pasted below: Dear friend, Thanks for your reply. According to your description, it is most likely a problem with the memory slot. You can send it back to China for repair, but you have to pay for the round-trip shipping. Since the shipping cost is relatively expensive, it is not recommended that you send it back. There is another option. We are willing to give you a 30% refund, or a 30% discount for you to buy a new one. What do you think? Best regards. Remember, this is a 10 week old motherboard and they can't take ownership of the defect or replace it? I won't be buying another MACHINEST motherboard in the future.

It works, albeit warm VRM
As the title states, the motherboard works. I have a Xeon 1650 v4 in it. Boots, recognized PCIe devices, SSD, etc. The VRM were at 112c within a few minutes of booting up, though! (In a system with x5 120mm case fans) Pros: -Automatically recognized the 4 sticks of RAM and went in to quad channel. -Sturdy CPU socket -POST (the barest of minimums) Cons: -The board is kinda short, so the pins for your front panel connectors and such are too close. Even a modest 2 slot GPU nearly covers them and blocks them enough you can't use some of them. -The aforementioned VRM temps. -The only 4-pin fan connection is for the CPU. The system fan headers are 3-pin. I circumvented this by putting all the system fans and the CPU fan on to one SATA-powered hub and plugged that in to 4-pin CPU fan connection. All in all, it's an adequate budget motherboard for X99 that supports quad channel memory. If you're going to put a GPU on it that's 2 slots or bigger, you might have to get creative with your front panel connections and then hope your VRM don't turn molten.
