The quality and composition of this item are amazing! I could tell the difference the first time I took it and it definitely helps! If you are young and don't take medication and are getting palpitations or anything similar or your just concerned about your heart health this stuff is awesome! I take it in the morning and still take my circulation support supplement with hawthorn in the evening and they seem to really be helping my heart! I highly recommend!

I've been taking the Himalayan Heart Care supplement for about two weeks. I take two tablets a day with food and have not experienced any negative side effects.
