Bottom Line it's a NICE watch! Detailed Review!!
UPDATE! So, I have been wearing this watch daily since purchase and not winding it manually just using the motion of my wrist throughout the day. I decided to sit it down the night before last night and leave it....I picked it up this morning and it was still ticking away I was absolutely AMAZED! Now it was behind a couple of minutes but that is to be expected after almost 40 hours. Extremely happy with the purchase will update again. So, to start it's a budget watch keep that in mind. If you want to see a video review it is in our Amazon Affiliates video section. Quality it's a nice stainless-steel exhibition back automatic watch. Unique design I find it very pleasing and easy to read. The leather band is very thick & stiff. I personally don't like leather bands, so I ordered a replacement metal one and its perfect (22mm) watch band, so you know As far as time keeping so far over the past few days with normal wok-day wearing ZERO ISSUES Gave it a few turns on the crown and set it down woke up in the morning and it was still ticking away! Over 2 days it's hard to tell if it gained any time, it certainly did not lose any according to the atomic clock it's within a few seconds. Power reserve is more than 12 hours for sure when fully wound.

I love this unique jump-hour watch!
I LOVE this watch. I've been a huge fan of jump-hour watches for many years but they can be very difficult to find, especially ones that aren't too expensive. The price for this watch was great since many other jump-hours can be well over $200 bucks. It keeps time wonderfully thanks to the built-in automatic winder. If I haven't worn it for a few days the time does need to be reset and the winder manually wound. That takes just a few seconds so I don't mind at all. Obviously I wouldn't have to do that if it had a battery, but I really don't mind at all. The transparent back and underlying skeleton is yet another unique aspect to this watch I quite like. I get compliments about how unique and nice looking the watch is all the time. Many people have never seen a jump-hour watch where the faces move instead of the hands. People typically want to know how expensive it was and never expect to hear that it was roughly $150. Often I'm told that they expected to hear it was $300 or more. So naturally the price tag is a another great aspect of the watch overall. If I had to find a negative aspect of the watch I'd say I didn't really like the original strap that came with. However, replacing it with the metal one from my pictures was easy and inexpensive. All I had to do was go to one of those places in the mall where they were able to make switch in less than a half hour. I believe that swapping the original for my metal strap cost less than $10, and probably closer to $5 but I can't quite remember exactly. All in all, if you're also a fan of jump-hour watches this is a great one. If you've never had a jump-hour this is also a great way to start your collection. And even if you're not really a big fan of jump-hours and just want a unique-looking watch that others will be curious about, this is a pretty great watch overall! I promise that you'll love it too!

As expected and as Pictured
Watch is just as described and pictured, Was easy to use the hack manual hand wind to get it up and running quickly which is also a plus since I don't put a watch on the auto winder unless very complicated to start up and set such as my Frederique Constant Run About. Watch is pretty basic on material and quality. But this came with a nice basic black leather strap and does look classic. Expedition case back is nice but nothing special since nothing to show off. All in all for the price very nice for what you get for and worth the money as this is a definitely more unique piece and for the low price fun to have in the collection. Seems to keep good time so far and exactly as described. Not a bad watch and very unique for the price especially for an automatic watch that keeps good time so far. I'll update if the time slips more than should. Unique and nice looking piece and nice size crown for manual wind when its been sitting aside while wearing your other watches.

Good
A Perfect Birthday Gift for My Husband I bought these watches as a birthday gift for my husband, and he absolutely loves them! From the moment he opened the box, his face lit up. The design is sleek and masculine, with just the right balance of elegance and everyday style. The craftsmanship is excellent — solid build, smooth movement, and attention to every little detail. They look great with both casual and formal outfits. He wears them every day now and keeps saying how comfortable and stylish they are. I couldn’t have picked a better gift — these watches truly made his birthday extra special!

Yes, I realize this isn't a "real" watch, but...
Yes, I'm aware of what Stauer is all about as a company and 100% agree they are not a "real" watch company, but that being said, it is hard to find something as unique as this piece in this price range, so I rolled the dice and took a chance. I had my eye on one of the Seiko 100th Anniversary watches, but you're going to pay well north of a grand or two versus something you can buy outright with poor man's money. I also don't understand all the negativity regarding the accuracy. I wound the crown 15-20x, "set it and forget it," and a week later this Chinese movement hasn't even lost a second of time, comparing to my NTP and atomic-radio receiver. I’d argue it’s more accurate than my G-Shock without atomic time. Did I just get a unicorn, or are all the bad reviews overstated? You will be hard pressed to find something that catches your eye for a buck fifty, so I give their design team credit with this one. And isn't that what wearing a watch is all about? Something that brings you happiness, something you wear close to your skin, that you can bond with? I guarantee your $20K Rolex won't get the same attention as this one, and if it's accurate, what's the problem? Well, this guy brings me happiness, it has personality in spades, so for now all my G-shocks and Seikos can take a backseat until it's time to wear something else. I have to concede that the strap did nothing for me and felt a little cheap, so I put a random nato strap on it, and it kind of worked out, but I imagine with the right metal bracelet, this thing would really pop. So there you have it. Great little watch, totally unique, and keeps accurate time for an automatic, and that's all my expectations were; nothing more, nothing less. LOVE IT! EDIT: Welp, changing my review from 5 stars to 1 star because the movement stopped working altogether after just a few months. Sucks because I bought a very expensive rice-bead band for it and it looked really good. If Seiko can make affordable reliable movements for Invicta, why can't Sauer harvest those? I'm guessing because Sauer is just going for the cash grab on the looks of this thing and doesn't really care about reliability.

Modern and stylish
Got this for my boyfriend 2 years ago and it is one of his most complimented watches. It still isn’t showing any wear on the band and goes with everything

Doesn’t keep time, right looks with the wrong time.
If I could rate the looks only — it would be 5 stars! Although it is a little smaller than it could be, making it harder for the eyes to quickly read the time, the aesthetics are spot on! It could be scaled up and be perfect in that aspect. However — the watch does not seem to keep time. You can wind it until you feel resistance, and it seems to have issues keeping time. I have a watch storage box with 12 watches in it. This is the only watch that seems to have the wrong time consistently. Within a 24 hour period, it will be off by several hours. I would love to hear from the manufacturer to see if I have gotten one that’s a bit of a runt?

Beautiful craftsmanship superior quality great price!!
Beautiful craftsmanship light but quality weight not overbearing on your wrist. The back is gorgeous, wish you could see from the front. Great watch will go with a weekend clubbing or a million dollar business deal. I'll definitely be buying stauer brand again!
