Good steamer, easy to use, the metal plate definitely makes a difference. Heats up quickly, holds a good amount of water. I work at a boutique and we had love a professional steamer and this one is ALMOST as good

This is a very good garment steamer. The quality is a lot better than the previous types that i use to have. The steam flows better and accessories work better than cheaper models. Thumbs Up.

This is great as it generates steam quickly, and it doesn’t need a break every two minutes. I batch my steaming and my old steamer would stop producing steam about every two mins where I would have to stop steaming. Not this one! It generates steam until it runs out of water The only suggestion I would have is to make the water canister flat at the top. If you are filling from a sink it’s not a big deal as you can use two hands. However, I use either distilled water or water from my refrigerator water filter. When I set it on the countertop it wants to tilt so I need to use one hand to steady it vertically to pour in the water. Otherwise it tilts and you spill water

Love it. Use it all the time. It gets wrinkles out. I've also used it to stretch too-tight shoes and hats.

Steams well but leaks.

Great steamer! Fast to warm up, easy assembly, nice capacity to hold water, easy to move as it’s light and also has wheels. Definitely a great purchase!
