Good quality support
Good quality, fits as should do, feels comfortable so far. Not itchy like some others. Easy to fasten.

Great support and quality!
The thumb support is as described by the seller and I’ve found it to be very good quality, a good fit and really comfortable to wear, the velcro grasps well without being difficult to undo, it is easy to fit, use and adjust with no itching or excessive sweating and has good stability. It has eased my thumb pain quite a lot and for that I am extremely grateful.

Great but you need escapology skills to escape it ...
My MSK physio had kitted me out with a splint for my carpal tunnel/depuytrens hand. It helped but was so abrasive it started skinning my knuckles- so I treated myself to this instead. Soft, supportive, comfy in use - the hardest element is persuading the fasteners to open again when you want to take it off. So your other hand gets a work out trying to free the other one. I've deducted one star for that. I'm not the best escapologist...

Very very good.
Brilliant , comfortable and supportive takes pain away .Was given a hospital one which i immediately discarded as it was rough and offered very little support. But this is excellent.

Worth the money
I have tried a dozen or so of this type of support. This has been , by far the best. On my second one now, due to velcro wearing . The second seems to have improvements to the velcro type of fastening, this is more effective.

Works better on the left hand
I got 2. The left hand fixes and fits better than the right. Something to do with the way the straps tension works using one design for both sides, rather than specific handed designs.

comfortable, supportive splint
This arrived on time and I have used it all day and am delighted with the support and the comfort I have had from it. It allows movement of my fingers but protects my thumb joint so pain is minimal. I chose a small size having read the description and measurements and it fits perfectly. I am really pleased with it compared with my last splint which was much bulkier and not as comfortable to wear.

I had not experienced the pain I woke up with in my wrist joint before, I wondered what on earth I had done! After doing a little research on line, I figured it was possibly related to, carpel tunnel, or de quervains (anyway, something relating to the tendons in the joint in my wrist below my thumb. I read that I just needed to give it time to heal and this would mean, I needed to stop moving my right hand like I would normally. As I am right handed, I kept accidentally moving it and getting the sharp pain. I couldn’t grip anything without pain either. I figured, I needed some kind of brace that would keep my wrist stable and I simply liked the look of this brace. It did the job nicely and was a reasonable price. It allowed me to tighten the straps to where it didn’t cut off my blood circulation and at the same time gave me a very comfortable compression so, I didn’t keep hurting my wrist. I slept with the brace on and the next morning, it felt so much better! I can take off the brace quickly and easily and see how my wrist is feeling. I still feel a small twinge with certain movements so, I’ve been wearing it intermittently for the last couple of days, just giving my body healing time. This morning, I’m almost back to normal.

Very comfortable and effective brace to help with my trigger thumb. It holds my thumb in place so it won’t suddenly tighten up and pull into my hand coming to rest under the base of my middle finger. Durable material, easy to put on, though after 3 hours, I sometimes lose feeling in my thumb.

I bought and used this brace prior to seeing my orthopedic PA. He told me it was not the correct brace for my problem. I should have ordered a thumb CMC brace that would have held my thumb and index finger together. However, this brace did help my symptoms at night so it was not useless. I also liked the longer wrist length because it kept my wrist from flopping over and irritating my carpal tunnel. When I purchase a CMC brace, I will purchase one with a longer wrist profile. So I did learn from this mistake. The size was also perfect according to the measurement.

This is the best hand brace I have found for De Quervains Tenosynovitis. I have tried many different types, but this one is the best for me. It keeps my thumb and wrist supported without a lot of movement, so the tendon can heal. It is light weight and does not feel bulky. The design of it was well thought out. Some of the braces I have tried hit up by the thumb nail and would make it sore. This one hits up high enough to not cause that problem. Also, what I love most is I can actually get some of my hand wet if I'm cleaning. The other braces I tried, would come up too high and create problems if I was working in water. This brace hits about a half inch both front and back under my finger joints. This makes it easier to keep the brace from getting wet. The value for the money is excellent. I just saw these were on sale for black Friday, so I have bought 2 more. It will be nice to have one for cleaning and housework and another one for nicer wear. It looks to be durable with the way it is made. If you need that restricted movement in your thumb and wrist, I would highly recommend trying this brace.

This is the second thumb brace I have purchased, and I really like them. I need two so I can wash one and wear the other while the other one dries. I am currently having a problem with my thumb “Trigger Thumb” and this brace does a great job at bracing my thumb so it doesn't move around too much. If you are looking for something to brace your wrist this is not for you, as I have read some complaints in the reviews although the add is clear that it is a thumb brace.
