As title says - a 7 gallon Fermonster fits on this thing - not the heaviest webbing I've seen, but it gets the job done.

I'm using these for glass carboys. The rule with those aren't if they will break but when they will break. This is especially true when they full and if you try to move or lift one and put too much pressure up near the neck. Having a carrier of some type is always recommended to make it easier to lift them and not accidentally put too much pressure on one part of the carboy. This carrier is nylon / synthetic webbing which appears more than up to the task. All the stitching appears good so no concerns of having a seam unravel under weight. I bought these for my 6.5 gallon carboys and they fit - but just barely. Overall seem to be a good value for the quality of the carrier(s).

Haven’t had any issues moving my carboy’s. Couldn’t imagine moving them without these straps! This is one of the only straps on Amazon someone put their name on so they obviously back it. Photo shared of an almost 6.5 gallon batch of kombucha, quite heavy, but a breeze to move with the straps. Ordered another pair for my other carboys

Excellent - help with those heavy lifts. Wouldn't want that full carboyd of wine to end up on the floor. Now we will be able to continue making wine and not worry about the lifting

Works okay for the 5 gallon but doubt it would work for 6 gallon

For a standard 6 gallon glass carboy, these are the absolute worst design I've ever used (and I'm counting milk crates and my own DIY straps). They're a pain to put on, need multiple zip ties to hold everything in place, and the center support strap is below the halfway point, which makes for a low center of gravity. They are adjustable, but unless you have a weird carboy shape/size that doesn't fit simpler straps I recommend almost anything else. I generally find Fermtech products are solidly designed, so I really don't know how they dropped the ball so badly on this one.
