Very handy little training aid. It isn’t much more than one of those slap bracelets you remember as a kid, but it should be noted the quality is pretty good. It has a nice rubberized coating and doesn’t feel cheap at all.I had my youngest try it and it made a huge improvement on his swing. He’s keeping his hands together now with wrists flexed the correct way. His hits are much more solid now, and he’s finally starting to understand ‘how’ to swing the club.

Wrist bar is to flexible allowing excessive wrist flection. Pop cycle stick or small ruler works better.

This isn't hard to put on. You can adjust the sensitivity. If you are practicing chipping, this is good. If you watch the video, the guy takes a full iron swing and doesn't extend his lead wrist on his follow through. Maybe he is mimicking Bryson Dechambeau. If you watch any video that talks about hand speed, it's the extension of the lead wrist that your power comes from.

I am always hunting for great tools to improve my golfing experience and make my game the best it can be for a duffer. I am a golf training aid junkie. Saw this and thought this would be a good one to try out to help me see when and correct my wrist action.

This worked for me to give feedback that I was cupping my wrist, which seems like the major issue that was causing my slice. The aid helps me keep my wrist straight, which helped my slice immensely.One caveat is that when I try to prevent it from triggering through the follow through, I lose a good bit of power, but it helps to reinforce keeping the wrist straight throughout the swing; power can come later.Another caveat is that it's quite bulky and is also sweaty on a hot day. Not that huge of a problem though.As others have mentioned if you are wearing a glove it greatly increases the sensitivity of the device, so I had to shorten it up to decrease the sensitivity, but as I got used to it I was able to start increasing the sensitivity again.Overall and very nice simple aid that helps you keep your wrist straight and helped my slice; I will continue to use it. Keep in mind that each person's swing is different so it may or may not help yours.

This will provide you with immediate feedback if your wrist breaks too soon during your swing. It just flips back, and you can feel it. But for me it was hard to determine exactly when my wrist was breaking during full swings, better for chipping and pitching, even putting.It is nice that you can set the length if you have long wrists or something. You can also replace the black stick with the blue one.It is a little tricky putting on your wrist and can easily overlap the band, causing it to be uncomfortable.
