When my Krups XP6180 was nearing the end of its usability after about a decade of daily use, I was very happy to find Casabrews and their wide selection of expresso machines. Since I already had 2 excellent bean grinders, I was looking for a high-performance unit without a built-in grinder. The Casabrews Neutron Pro is an outstanding expresso machine for its performance, ease of cleaning/maintenance, appearance/build quality, customer support, and very excellent price point/value. Its programmability for extraction, hot water, and final milk temperatures is easy and gives it excellent versatility for the most demanding barista. This flexibility along with a preset hot water pre-infusion, digital indicators of brewing time/pressure and milk temperatures during frothing ensure consistently optimal results. A special kudo for the design of the steam wand tip which enables even the most inexperienced barista to produce perfectly frothed milk. The high-capacity water reservoir has a well-designed lid and gives easy access for filling and is also removal easy for cleaning. The solidly built unit is well-packed and comes with easy-to-understand & well-illustrated documentation/instructions. The exterior stainless-steel exterior allows easy cleaning. A special word about the outstanding customer support. I have reached out to them several times & their response is always quick and very helpful. I look forward to many years of excellent expresso beverages from this unit.

This espresso machine is a dream... but it did take some getting used to! I had a DeLonghi espresso machine that I loved for a while and found this machine as a wonderful replacement. 58mm portafilter, tells you how many bars your shot obtains, large water tank, espresso and milk get nice and hot, and double boiler so you can make your espresso and froth milk and the same time is great! It took some practice to get the froth right to do latte art, but once you got the technique down, the latte milk is SO silky. All the accessories it comes with is also a great bonus. Money well spent. Unfortunately, my machine did come with a shattered water tank during delivery -- but the CASA BREWS customer service was incredible! They immediately gave me a partial refund and sent a new water tank to my house within 1 week! This was all managed via Amazon as well, so the refund was given easily and fast.

Fantastic machine! We have been using it every day for a few months now. No issues! We now make better coffee at home than Starbucks or Dunkin!

I had to replace it, then the new one did the same thing. I got a Error 13, then the steamer/hot water quit working. I replaced it with a different brand. I'd used a different CASABREW model before and loved it (although it only lasted a bit over a year) . I thought if I invested more money in a better one... I did get a full return on both machines and the Tornado grinder. The support was fantastic!

This review is geared towards the company, Casa Brews. When I received my espresso machine, I foolishly left the water tank on the edge of my counter and it fell and cracked (hadn’t even had a chance to use it yet). I checked the company’s website to see if they had a replacement tank I could purchase and there was not one listed, so I desperately emailed them to see if there was one I could purchase. They told me they would not be back in stock for a couple of months and offered to send me a whole new machine (free of charge). I have never encountered a company more considerate and quick to address my concern, especially in a situation where I was clearly at fault. Even though I have not yet had the opportunity to use the machine, I will never not recommend CasaBrews for their customer service. Hoping to update this review once I’ve tried out the espresso! Edit: After using the espresso machine I can confirm it is EXACTLY what we were looking for. It’s simple to use and makes incredible lattes. We’ll never buy another brand!

We love it. It was easy to set up from day one. We got another one before this one and we returned because it was really hard to use. This one is so easy to use. We had to order a coffee grinder because I didn’t know we needed one. So get the one with a coffee grinder. And like I said easy to use. Me and my family love it.

I’ve had this machine now for 5 months and for beginner baristas that don’t want to splurge yet on a more “professional “ machine this works amazing! I have a separate DF54 grinder and bought the casabrews bottomless portafilter and baskets. My only gripe is I wish the max temp on the steamer was higher. Sometimes I have to rerun the steam mode to get it extra hot how I like it. Overall a great machine for the price. It has automatic frothing, americano/hot water functionality, and allows you to customize your shots. Temp on the top warmer plate is pretty low as well so I don’t find that effective. If they increased the steam capabilities, warming plate heat, and also made the steamer timer function able to be turned off that would make it perfect!

The Casabrews team is absolutely exceptional—professional, solution-oriented, kind, attentive, and incredibly fast. They replaced my coffee machine with a new one without any hassle. I had chosen this model after long research, and one of the main reasons for my decision was the positive comments about their customer service. Today, I’m very happy to see that I wasn’t wrong. The machine itself is amazing, creating rich, creamy, and delicious coffee. It truly allows you to make barista-quality drinks at home. I’m extremely satisfied with both the product and the outstanding service I received. Thank you again for this wonderful experience.
