Gorgeous Salt and Pepper Shakers Set With Adjustable Pour Holes - The Perfect Dispensers for your Salts

I never thought I would be reviewing a salt and pepper shaker but here I am, finally found a set that is a real keeper and I love it. First of all, I have been through more than a few sets and they either pour out way too much and way to fast. Another set was ok for salt but the pepper was a grinder and I don't want to have to grind every time I want pepper plus they were on the small side and needed refilling often.Now for these - They are perfect at 4 and 1/2 tall, east to see if it's salt or pepper and I love the adjustable top - a little or a lot, it's up to you or close it completely when I toss them in my picnic basket.Here is the very best part - I was skeptical because I saw some that looked identical but they were more than twice as much so I thought surely these aren't the same but I decided to take a chance and I'm so glad I did. Couldn't be more pleased with them. This is a quality set. I will be buying more for the camper and my daughter sure could use a good set also. They look nice too.

This salt and pepper set is very nice. Great quality, attractive, and the best thing to our family is that each bottle is adjustable! I like a lot of pepper therefore can adjust (by twisting the cap to expose the larger holes) the amount of pepper that I want to exit the bottle. Everyone else seems to prefer a small amount of pepper, so they adjust it to the smaller holes. This is a very nice set, which I have also given as a hostess gift to several friends and family members. It seems you can never have enough salt & pepper sets when you host a gathering of friends and family.

I had planned to just glue the thing together and carry on. Unfortunately one shaker was defective on arrival: The metal portion at the top came apart. The very top, where you see the black seam, is supposed to be sealed with a silicone gasket inside, which itself is supposed to adhere to the lower metal portion. On one of the shakers I received, either no adhesive had been applied or not enough, and it came apart. I fixed it with some superglue. let it set and...working OK so far. We'll see. Other than that problem I like these very much--well designed for utility, and they also look very nice.

UPDATE to review in 2018 found below: The pepper top has been stuck for weeks. I have soaked in very HOT water in the hope of loosening & tried using pliers to twist. I don't think any style will have a foolproof top. 6 yrs, though!! Still love using the salt shaker. Would love to buy a replacement top, if available.2018: I love the way it goes together. The top turns to allow small holes, medium holes, pouring and closed. The only thing I don't like is the black plastic ring under the top. It has a remnant from production that is sort of sharp. It is bothersome when trying to turn the top to select the correct opening. I believe I can trim it off with a razor blade, but I shouldn't have to. Otherwise, they are great and the family loves them.

As above, you have a clear view of salt or pepper at the bottom of the shaker. The adjustable holes is great, especially for coarse ground paper, which is what we use. I had a bit of a problem after first filling trying to figure out how to adjust the holes, but didn't take any time to get it right (I was turning the wrong part). For the price, these are perfect for us. They look nice by the stove (or on the table). Easy to fill. A keeper, and would recommend.

Our old & outdated Salt & Pepper shaker set was retired and needed to get something new. These are great! Plenty of salt and pepper on hand, we love the 3 options for pouring (big holes, standard holes & large opening.) They are stylish and go with our table décor. Easy to fill/empty and affordable. Would definitely recommend and by again though they seem sturdy enough to last indefinitely.

They have a good feel and look good. I initial thought the hole sizes were going to be too big but the work well. The 1st set I received had a defect which caused the caps to spin off easily. This company has great customer service who saw my previous review and followed up with me to get a properly working set. I appreciate the company as well as their salt and pepper shakers.
