If you don’t know Hirsch, at all price points they are highly regarded among watch enthusiasts. What I received is not what Hirsch distributes as a new product. Read on:When you buy a Hirsch band, it comes in a Hirsch bag with the product label attached. I ordered two of the excellent Osiris suede bands and received merchandise that was oddly repackaged, defective and used. These were sold as new and at list price. See attached photos:The grey band is obviously used and came in an unkept re-stickered bag. The product label is missing. See the mismatched colors that look like stripes on the strap. The rest of the band also looks used.The beige band appears to be new but likely a factory second. The holes around the spring bars are sloppily cut. This defect pushes the suede out of line and can be seen from the front of the watch. The packaging for this one was hilariously terrible with staples everywhere.As we say in the South, “somethin’ ain’t right.” I contacted the seller who responded promptly. The company assured me they only ship new merchandise to the amzn warehouse and what I received were obviously returned items that were reshipped as new. Thus, if you order this item, inspect carefully and be sure all Hirsch tags are still on the bands and the product original packaging looks intact too.I give the seller 5 stars for prompt and professional service. The straps, if new are 5 star, too.
