Spicier than I'd imagined
This honey does specify that it's hot, but I hadn't expected it to be quite as spicy as it is. It's not spicy to the point that you're in pain after eating it, but there is quite a nice kick to it. The truffle pieces are clearly visible within the jar, and although comprising just 0.3% of the ingredients, their flavour is very dominating. I'd never tried white truffles before, and had no idea what they were supposed to taste like, so was surprised when there was quite a strong scent and flavour of what resembled garlic. It was only after I checked online that I realised this is how truffles are supposed to taste. All in all, a good quality product, for those who like white truffles and spice.

Soon as I opened this I could tell it was going to be good,the smell of truffle was good.It tasted stunning over truffle crips with goats cheese and figs
