I purchased 2 supports, and installed on my bedroom wall; to support my hanging chair. I didn't want to support swing chair to my ceiling studs; so I'm experimenting. The only issue with hangers, are the extensions, being a bit wobbly, if extended to the max length. I extended only to the 4th bolt hole

I bought this one too replace one with a different design which had broken. This was easy to install. I attached it to a wall in the garage which I had previously reinforced with lumber to spread the stress across 3 studs. This design is more compact and I like that it's adjustable and uses a swivel. It's for my kids to use so I can't speak to how well it would hold up to a more intense use. However so far it's good.

My heavy bag has been in storage since the move, and I've wanted to put it up even though it's 'home' in the workout room still isn't ready. This hanger gave me a place to put it up in the garage where it can be used and still be mostly out of the way. I over-reinforced the area on the wall where I hung it with some lumber I had handy, so that hitting it from the sides couldn't twist a single stud. The hanger itself is pretty robustly built and attaches to the wall easily. It comes with 6 concrete bolts, but I used 6 heavy lags. It adjusts out to 25" and the adjustment is easy. I hung the bag from it, and then added my own weight to see how it fared and there was no problem. A little rigorous testing didn't reveal any issues. If you do hang this from a stud wall, I would definitely recommend doing some reinforcing. The hanger looks good and it's nice to have the bag hanging again. This was a quick and easy solution, and is a great help to getting back into shape.

This is a good quality, sturdy, durable, heavy bag hanger. It works really well. Easy to install. Perfect! If you don't have anywhere to hang them or heavy bag, you can use it in the house and a garage. Really anywhere. You have a wall.
