I bought this product for my parents who are in north india and thus exposed to chilling months of Dec-Feb. They have been using conventional heaters till now and were not sure if this expensive product is worth it or not. However, What I am hearing from them for the past one week since I sent it over - is all great. The room is getting a cosier feeling and it has changed their experience of living through this winter a lot easier. It takes a while to warm up but after that it starts to warm up the room really nicely. It is very easy to install and move around as it has wheels. The product is sleek and does not occupy much space too. I will write about its durability in the next winter. For now, i am glad i bought it for my parents. Thanks Havells

Satisfied with the performance of the HAVELLS 13 Fin OFR heater: I have been using this OFR for last one week. And here are things that I liked: - Works well for medium sized room, like 10*15. But it will take at least 15-20 mins to give you pleasant heating. - Really easy to move from one room to another. - Build quality is really top notch. Here are few caviats to keep in mind: - It is a bit bulkier. - Consumes a lot of electricity, so be prepared for heavy bills. - Doesn't work well in large place like halls.

Product is good and is very effective..however, my heater stopped working within first 15 days of purchase. Heating effectiveness significantly reduced. Larger problem is that there is not solution provided by service team yet. Response time is high and even after 2 visits of technician, they have not resolved problem yet. Instead, they are trying to convince me that product is fine and are finding ways to not change the products.

New update (18th Jan) after almost a month (20th Dec) since the product was delivered. The ugly piece of expensive junk is still lying around my house using up valuable space. I bought this product for Delhi winters. Winter is almost over and my product is still not fixed. I am so disappointed and angry with Amazon and the Havells team. I was in touch with them since the beginning of this month and they have not yet fixed my heater. * The order was not delivered on time. It was delivered after the delivery date when I left for my vacation. * I got back from my vacation this morning and unboxed my heater as winter is at its peak. * the moment I opened the box, I realised it was a used and returned heater. * I still ignored and tried to use it. The heater is useless..it is as cold as stone and throwing just a little bit of warm air even after a couple of hours. * I contacted Amazon customer support as my return window had closed and explained to them that I was away for the entire duration even before delivery, but I was shocked at their indifferent attitude. I was even willing to share my journey tickets to reassure them I was indeed out of town since the delivery and hence did not know that I was given a big piece of junk for the money I spent. I am really very very disappointed on the below 3 counts. 1) cheating, by sending a used product 2) substandard quality by sending a defective product 3) indifferent attitude by Amazon...I don't care attitude although I have been a very loyal customer with them over the past many years. I did not expect a favor from them for my loyalty... but a little bit of understanding to help a genuine customer who has been a bit unlucky with the timing of the delivery. Thanx to the above facts, I am now stuck with an expensive piece of ugly junk
