Excellent product. The charge lasts quite awhile and the adjustable speed is great for all of the different types of designs.

Exactly the type of engraving tool I was looking for. I think I have engraved most things that can-be engraved in my home by now, but this tool works great for jewelry making and many other projects as well. I’m sure you will find an attachment to fit your needs, as there are a variety attachments included. I have not had a chance to try out any of them on wood, but I am excited to do so. Very easy to change out attachments, turn off/on, switch speeds. Easy to hold as a left handed person. Not too heavy and not too light either; there is a little weight to it. I would recommend this to any level of experience. Instructions are clear.

Jan 27, 2026 11:53 The Instructions do not detail how to get the "grinding head" to stay in the "chuck" (Instructions,3). I did not find the "fastening screw" on the diagram shown in the instructions. I do not know if an Allen wrench was to be in the items provided. There are 2 holes on the opposite side of the front, which is diagramed. I used my 1.5mm Allen wrench in the hole closest to the "chuck" into this hole but it does nothing to secure the "grinding head." I have tried screwing it in both directions. The hole furthest from the "chuck" you can see a reflection that looks like the back of the front panel that indicates On/Off, battery, etc. as shown on the diagram. I see no other place to insert an Allen wrench into a internal screw. Not being able to secure the screw is a safety issue as well as the item doesn't do what it is suppose to do. I was really looking forward to using this tool as I bought it as a Christmas gift for myself. I sent them a message asking for assistance in locating where to use the Allen wrench written in the instructions. They responded with a full refund, no request to return the item, which I didn't ask for. I just hope I can find another one that does work.

This engraver is very easy to use and compact . It sits comfortably in my hand and is lightweight. Battery life is pretty long. Very useful and good quality product for this price.
