Absolutely love these! The lilac colour is a lovely touch – feminine without being over-the-top. They give brilliant grip and wrist support, especially during pulls and heavy lifts. Really easy to use, and they stay put – no faffing mid-set. A solid bit of kit if you’re serious about strength training.

I initially got these for my girlfriend, but the regular size was too large for her. I (male) decided to try them, and they definitely feel more chunky around the wrists than any other straps I tried. I'm assuming that's due to the thick padding. The padding is definitely a plenty - I have not felt any discomfort or any digging in any part of my hands. What I haven't seen on straps before is that the wrist strap is stitched to the middle grippy part at an angle, which is the direction weight would be pulling the strap anyway, which makes a lot of sense! I'm not sure why all straps aren't made like this. It actually makes a lot of difference as you get a more even weight distribution across the wrist. I was a little sceptical about the grippy part as I'm used to straps that wrap around the bar 2 or 3 times, but it actually holds weight really well. In fact, better than regular straps, without taking the time that takes to wrap regular straps around the bar. Now, is it worth the £75 price tag? If you don't care about the cost, yes. These straps are great, however you can get by using any other/regular straps at a fraction of the price.

I am fairly new to lifting with just under two years lifting experience both in the gym and my garage. These have helped me immensely as they are supportive and give me more confidence that I have the grip needed to lift the weights I am starting to achieve. In all honesty I think the straps are over priced but you do get what you pay for and I haven’t had any other grips that come close to this. Fully recommend if you have the money to spend.

I work out two or three times a week doing Les Mils body pump. There’s a lot of reps and loads of bar work. By the time I get half way through I’m wet through which isn’t helpful when it comes to grip especially when you’re fatigued. My first impressions were that I liked the colour but wasn’t enamoured by the shiny plasticky grip. However after using them properly they are actually extremely good. They are almost sticky and cling to the bar like limpet and really do make a difference maintaining a solid grip when lifting. They are easy to use and the shooting pain I was getting in my wrists has subsided and I have more confidence. I think they’d be ideal for rowing machines, pull ups and the like. Now my grip is no longer limiting me I’ve found I can increase my reps and work on my form. It takes a little while to break them in so bear with them as they do become more comfortable over time and the fit is great. They are very robust and durable and have a premium quality. I would definitely stick with this brand and order them again. In my opinion the price reflects the quality and the difference they can make. I hope you find my review helpful.
