Pretty Darn Good Ear Headphones
I like these because they provide great sound and remain in-place...hanging on my ears. All too often the ear buds slide out of my ears...not these! They haven't fallen once! Sound clarity is real good and they play tunes from my iPhone's music library very clearly. The mics work well!

Product doesn't live up to normal Tribit quality
Updating my original review from below. Although the product failed, the company gets high marks for customer service. They actively reached out to us to resolve the issues. Based on this experience we will give their product another chance.Unfortunately this product did not live up to the high quality I'm used to from Tribit. I ordered my first pair and the right piece stopped working within two weeks. Tribit was great at replacing quality which was awesome. Their service is wonderful. However, the same thing happened with my second replacement pair. I kept using the left piece but now it has stop working. I'm not going to replace and will try another product. I do want to say that Tribit customer service is top notch and responsive. This particular product didn't hit the mark or work out for me.

Very Disappointed in This Product
Very disappointed in the OpenGo wireless earbuds. I have had to return both pairs I've ordered and am giving up on Tribit earbuds.I first ordered a pair of Tribit MoveBuds in summer 2023 and they worked great other than occasionally one of the earbuds wouldn't pair properly with my iPhone. Earlier this summer one of the charging nubs in the case seemed to break off and that earbud wouldn't charge so I went looking for a replacement. I bought the new OpenGo earbuds and at first they worked great. Then, after a week of use (several very sweaty workouts) they refused to pair. I returned them and ordered a second set of the same earbuds. Again, after a week of use, one of the two earbuds seems to either not charge or just won't pair. One other thing to note, the controls on the earbuds (when working) are very sensitive to touch. Wiping sweat from your face requires a deft touch to not upset the earbuds.I'm in the process of returning the second set and ordering something else.

Tribit OpenGo - poor fit, poor battery, poor controls
I've used the Tribit Movebuds H1 for a few years and really admired the fit, comfort, battery life and sound quality. When the left side started to fail (volume output extremely low) I had no qualms about ordering the new OpenGo product as a replacement. While they are very light and the sound quality is quite good, I've had them for four days and I am considering requesting a refund and return due to the general poor fit, poor battery life and inadequate software controls. I am a glasses wearer and the OpenGo's thick over-ear loop doesn't leave much room behind my ears for the arms of my glasses to fit, leaving my glasses to sort of float on my head and feel like they will fall off easily. The OpenGo doesn't feature Active Noise Cancellation (ANC) like the MoveBuds, but I am not missing the ANC as much as I thought I would. The touch/tap controls for play/pause, volume up/down, etc. are actually much nicer than on the MoveBuds as they have a nice audible 'click' sound to indicate that you've tapped correctly. The Tribit app is easy to use, but for some reason changing the default tap controls doesn't seem to 'stick' - I've changed the single tap to the play/pause feature but it will often revert to the default setting of volume up/down. This goes for all of the settings, as far as I can tell so far. The OpenGo's are quite light and comfortable, as well and having that 'open' feeling is really quite nice. My impression is that OpenGo's battery life is quite poor, especially compared to the MoveBuds' 5-7 days of useful charge. The battery gauge built into the case is a nice feature, however.Bottom line, more personal testing is needed, but I have a feeling I'll be returning these and looking at other offerings from Tribits.

Very comfortable
I bought these to replace my last pair of tribits. Very comfortable and I don’t worry abt them falling off my ears. My husband even likes to wear them when we are driving the convertible when he needs gps directions. He says he can hear it and it’s not inside his ear hurting his ear. But I will say Tribit has the best customer service, I never have a problem with them. I have bought many pairs of their products and any time I have a problem they fix it or replace it. Will continue to buy their products.
