I bought it for my daughter who’s always been a terrible sleeper and she doesn’t like the texture. Since it was open, I decided to use it. I like the flavor and it really knocks me out.

Other reviewers are correct, it’s thick. My kids never made a big deal about it, we went in with no texture expectations. The flavor is fine, tastes like peaches and cream to us! I can’t say if it helps my 5 year old sleep because he sleeps like a brick anyway but I’m glad he’s getting the essential nutrients.

My kids won't drink it. I've tried mixing it in juice & smoothies & they still taste it. It does have that strong vitamin taste, in juice I personally think it's tolerable but the kids want nothing to do with it.
