Blades are really nice, very lightweight wood. Adds a touch of class for sure with the hand-carved baldes, and looks great paired with the satin brass finish... Fan is really quiet, included bulbs give out a perfect amount of light. No balancing issues at all. Overall, a great fan.

We purchased this fan about a year ago and we absolutely love it. Not only is it nice to look at, it works great! There is a high, medium and low setting and you can switch between air flow up or down, depending on the season. It is very quiet, we cant ever hear it, and it has not shown any signs of breakage or loosening. A really great fan for the price and the installation was fairly simple if you are handy at all.

Love the quality and look of the fan. The blades aren't solid wood so they might be prone to scratches while installing, though. No noise, no wobble and the light is plenty bright for our bedroom.

This summer has been stiflingly hot. The air is so heavy it does not move....solution a fan. This celling fan had nice large blades that moves air around wonderfully. For the 9 foot celling I almost wish we had flush mounted it instead of using the bar every time my 6 foot husband walks near it, but he says it's good. I was able to put the fan together and my husband was able to hang if fairly easily. The only complaint I have is that the real wood blades almost feel like balsa wood. The blades are light weight, but I honestly felt like I had to be super careful to not break them. Looks great. I don't have to worry about losing a remote. The pulls are easy to pull. The fan can hit a rather fast speed and we usually just keep it on low.

Great fan. Love the design. Install was about 2 hours including removing old fan . The fan balanced perfectly on all speeds . I bought 2 of these same design to match in the kitchen and family room . Easy to install . I know some can be a real pain in the neck . I ordered it on prime day .

We had this fan professionally installed, along with a remote kit (bought separately) that allows us to change fan speeds or dim the lights without getting up. We also swapped out the shades for some fancier amber ones from Aspen Creative (sold here on Amazon). The fan is beautiful and feels high-quality, with its detailed leaf-shaped wooden blades. It's quiet (you do hear a bit of motor hum, but not much!) and moves a lot of air. We found that the broad fan blades block light from bouncing off the ceiling, so the room is a bit darker than it was with our previous fan that had skinny blades. But changing the frosted light shades for some clearer ones increased the light again. Overall this seems like a good quality fan, and you can see for yourself how lovely it is.

Installed easily, but can not be installed as a ceiling hugger. Runs perfectly and no loud noises.

This is a gorgeous fan. Originally tried a different brand - not as nice in any way. This is real wood, easy to install, very quiet and produces a great breeze. I absolutely love this in my new coastal themed living room. Could not be happier!!

The blades are lightweight real wood, despite what other reviewers have said. At low speed we can feel the air movement for sure and on high speed it moves a lot of air, with no motor noise. A slight off-balance wobble was easily corrected in a few minutes. The instructions say to use the plastic clip on each blade until you find which one reduces the wobble the most. This we did. However, the clip weighs 4 grams and the weights with 2-sided tape weigh 5 grams so we temporarily masking-taped the weight to the blade and moved it closer and farther from the rotation axis until we hit the sweet spot that eliminated all wobble. The instructions were quite clearly written and understood, though installing it on a 10 foot ceiling required using our extendable folding stepladder. The blue wire is for the "optional light kit" which is not an option but is included in this particular model so it has to connected to the "hot" (usually black) wire of the ceiling outlet box along with the motor wires. The lamp shades are slightly amber and don't look "dirty" as some reviewers have written. The included 5.5 watt LED bulbs are very bright and have standard bases so changing to another wattage or color will be easy. The only negative is the short pull-chains, but luckily we had some extensions to allow us to reach the chains without a step-stool.

I used to have a fan with palm leaves rather than the ordinary panels. I received so many complements on our fan. When it died I wanted the same type. I search all my local stores for this type and look, with no luck. I was so excited when I found it on Amazon and at such a reasonable price. It looks great and works fantastic. Very quiet. I would definitely recommend it.

Came well packaged, no damage, good instructions, no missing parts, included LED bulbs. Very quiet, looks great.
