So I will start by saying I am not one of these people that buys into most crap on the market. In my experiences most vitamins, energy boosters, shake mix etc... I have found to be garbage, so I was extremely skeptical about this item. However, the reviews on Amazon were so good I thought I would give it a shot. I have an office job and over the last few years have become very sluggish and overweight just because I have fallen in that same trap a lot of us do. Energy for me is just NEVER there and it is something I have struggled with for years now. Fast forward to trying these vitamins......First day nothing noticeable, second day nothing noticeable, third day I remember sitting back in my chair around noon and thinking to myself "wow I feel great today", but I thought it may be just a fluke so I did not think anything of it. Over the next few days I noticed the same thing I just felt like I wanted to get up and run around (trust me that is not the norm for me). It got to a point where nothing else in my normal everyday routine changed other than these vitamins so I was pretty sure it was them. However, as I said before I do not buy into this sorta thing easy so I intentionally stopped taking them for 4 days to test my hypothesis. Day by day without the zinc pills I could slowly start to feel myself fade into laziness again. By day 4 I was back to being lazy and I knew that these pills had to have been working. I went immediately back on these vitamins and by the end of day two this time I could feel the energy come back (I think the second time was faster because I probably still had some in my system). I have been on these vitamins for about 3 weeks straight since I started taking them again and the non stop energy has never stopped. One other thing that impresses me is I have taken energy booster pills before and they worked ok, but I remember having a hard time sleeping at night. So with these vitamins it was also a big concern to me, but it never happened. I take them at 7am in the morning and it leaves me with tons of energy all day long, but I have never struggled to sleep at night since I have been taking them. These vitamins give me no jitters, no shakes, no ups/downs they are just amazing and trust me I do NOT say these things often when it comes to garbage on the market these days. Well worth the price, I would pay triple for them. Thus far in the month+ I have been taking them they have changed the way I look at life. I used to struggle to get through my days and have so many ups/downs with energy throughout the day. On these vitamins I just feel alert, more in tune with work, and just all around energized. The one thing I will say that I read in a lot of reviews that I did experience was a stomach ache. I saw some people that really struggled with stomach pain. Just to be clear I DID NOT have bad stomach pain, but I did have a weird not painful by any means but for lack of a better word "nagging" small ache in the upper area of my stomach. However it was just enough to annoy me, and it did last for about 3 days off an on. I do stress though that this was NOT anything bothersome. Just an annoying feel. Other than that sorry for the long review but these vitamins are the real deal and I personally will vouch for them. Nothing and I do mean nothing has worked for me over the years, but these pills do.

I swear by this Zinc supplement. It keeps me cold free and wards off any cooties coming my way. I feel the difference when I’m between bottles and I slack off taking this. I’ve turned on two other friends to this awesome stuff.
