We need fibre in our diet to keep us regular. This product replaces that fibre which has been removed from much of the processed food that we eat. I feel a lot healthier as a result.

This supplement consists of 100 Fibre capsules. The recommended dosage is between 2 and 6 capsules per day, giving a supply of between 16 and 50 days supply dependent on dosage taken. The expiry date for the capsules is 34 months after the delivery date (nearly 3 years) which is quite something. The container itself is 5.75 inches tall (14.5cm) by 3.5inches across (9cm) but is very thin, just under 1 inch deep (2.2cm). On opening the container and smelling the open container there is a faint but pleasant smell. The individual capsules are about the size of a multi vitamin. The capsule itself doesn’t have any noticeable smell, there is no taste or after taste and they swallow easily. The capsules contain insoluble and soluble fibre and contain Psyllium Husk Powder, Flaxseed Powder, Sugar Beet Fibre Powder, Fenugreek Powder, Apple Pectin Powder, Rhubarb Extract, Prune Juice Fruit Extract, Broccoli Extract, Carrot Powder, Fig Fruit Extract and Fennel Seed Powder. Its an interesting combination of ingredients where Psyillium husk is the main ingredient, though the other ingredients show thought about the impact. I have been watching my fibre intake over the last year to ensure I get enough and I am using this on days I am concerned it isn’t high enough. Its at a good price and contains a good amount of fibre per capsule. The capsules are made in Britain, it is vegan friendly and the container is recyclable.

Like a lot of Women, my Wife struggles to part with her natural motions. She usually goes weeks without passing. I got her these as the Pysillium Husk Fibre has helped me in the past with the same problem. I was on a VLCD ( very low calorie diet) shake meal replacement and due to not being enough fibre in them, I was struggling, losing weight but feeling bloated and uncomfortable. The ones I got really helped. I'm certain these will do the same for my other half. They are gentle and you don't find yourself having to dash to the Loo, you just go naturally and it helps the bowel to pass the food through your digestive system. If you have the same problem please give them a go. They really do help.

Very good fabfibre complex , it’s a dietary Fabre complex, a good fibre supplement of 1026mp per serving. It test nicely and maintains and improves the skin.

I took them as prescribed - no difference. Doubled dose- no noticeable difference.

FabFibre – Dietary Fibre Complex (1026mg Fibre per Serving) We're not usually ones to talk about bowel movements but my dad struggles every day with his movements because of all the meds he takes, even laxatives dont seem to do much but these pills have definitely helped him and he's noticeably comfier, I'm no expert on the ingredients but they seem high quality and dont have any junk in. They are also not too big so they are easily swallowed. For £13.47 at the time of reviewing they seem decent value too.

Sometimes I just don't have the time before work to get a nutritious breakfast in, so to know I have an option to supplement my 'quick' breakfast with, to ensure I get my daily dose of fibre is great. It helps my body stay regular and keeps my innards happy.

I don't want to give a totally negative review on this food supplement as I do understand everyone is different and what is good for some may not be any good for others. I do have a couple of medical issues that I take medication for so often have trouble with my digestive system and the passing of waste. I started off by taking 2 capsules twice a day before meals. After a couple of weeks of this I changed to the top dosage of 2 capsules 3 times a day. Unfortunately I have now used all the capsules and there has been no change in my bathroom activity. On a positive note they come in an easy to use container and are easy to swallow. As they didn't work for me I can't say any more about them.
