Great milk ... but
I never thought i would see the day milk would cost me over £2 for only one litre. Jesus this was the most important drink in your daily diet years ago. This Arla milk tastes fresh, it keeps well in the fridge a lot longer than ordinary milk, but the fact is its expensive for what it is. It's only the introduction of an enzyme which makes this safe for us folk who suffer with lactose intolerance. Personally i don't buy it anymore because its a lot cheaper in one of our dearest supermarkets.

Surprisingly good!
I have developed so many intolerances over the years but mine all seem to relate to people and not food. Thankfully I have not been left out as my dearest is lactose and gluten intolerant, ergo I can still be on trend with the contents of my shopping basket. Lactofree milk is actually something I can get behind. Unlike gluten free bread, which is universally terrible, this actually taster like milk. I guess that is because it is essentially milk with lactase enzyme added to digest the lactose. Despite it costing almost double that of normal milk it does last a lot longer, so if you don’t drink loads then it actually turn out to be quite economical compared to £3 for a loaf of sawdust.

Tastes like regular milk and long lasting
I try to buy dairy free milk but struggle to find one that ticks all the boxes (tasty, versatile and affordable), so get this instead. This Arla isn't cheap either but I usually get it when the price is on offer. Tastes just as good as regular cow's milk, minus the pitfalls if you're lactose intolerant. This lasted about 2 weeks after I opened it and still tasted fine!
