I have had this for awhile because we had to finish our basement before we installed it. When it arrived the panel was damaged but the company sent me out a new one. I used it last night and it worked great! It was easy to assemble and the perfect size for two people. I actually could have three in it. It is very comfortable and a great value for the money!

Our new sauna is a dream come true. The sensory experience is phenomenal: lights dance on the salt panels, stars twinkle and change color above, and your favorite music sounds incredible through the Bluetooth system. The refreshing scent of Canadian Hemlock completes this modern, luxurious escape. We were also impressed by the seller's excellent service and the incredibly smooth, one-day assembly process—not a single part was missing!

This product is absolute junk. Stay away from this company if at all possible. Sauna showed up missing half the parts, when the new parts arrived a month later they were damaged. Now after a year at very minimal use the hinges on the glass doors have both snapped and they do t sell replacement parts. Just choose another vendor and save yourself the headaches.

Love the way this sauna finally came together. Had a broken glass on delivery and the seller was awesome by sending me a replacement. While the directions were a little confusing, the video was the perfect guide for installation. Be aware that this sauna will require a 220v outlet which I didn’t know upon purchasing. Had one installed and now I get to enjoy it! Rated it 4 stars since I haven’t used it yet. 😊

It came a little late but that’s do to wrong phone nr for contact .my wife and mi self assembled the unit every part fits perfectly.the wires al fit perfect no change for Mistakes.it black red and a 1 one white a 2 white and a 3 white I child can do it .after assembly the time came to start it up everything works great .i really really recommend this product I am a little disappointed in my self not to film it .thanks for this great product for a very very nice price

Product came in 3 large boxes. Was able to assemble and build most of it myself until you get to the side heaters. Package came with a broken bulb but the seller sent me out two more replacements and was able to install it myself. Overall this product is great. Gets up to 150 F in about 40-60 mins. Overall very happy with the product, the customer service, and experience. Highly recommend this sauna to anyone looking to build their health and wellness.

We bought 2-3 person size! Putting it together was easier than I thought it would be. The video was fantasticly helpful! if anything it was hard to figure out was the glass door they didn’t show that you needed those plastic spacers that came attached to the brackets. Keep those on. We use it every other day. It is totally been a great purchase with no regrets.

Was excited to get the thing. Came damaged in multiple places. Instructions are very poor. Sure people know this but this isn’t a standard outlet. If you want to return the package you have to take the three large heavy boxes somewhere and the expense is on you. I have started my return process today. Update, the refunded $500 and are sending a new tube for the heater that is not working.
