My wife and I have been taking them for about 8 months. Its hard to say a Vitamin is doing phenomenal work but I can tell when I dont take mine. They're good quality and seem to do the job. I will continue to purchase and reccommend them!

There’s absolutely no after taste, not strong and did not upset my stomach. I gave 3 stars because I don’t see anything different than all the other multivitamins I’ve taken. Meh! No biggie. Not all vitamins work the same for everyone.
