I had read in many reviews and its absolutely correct. The glasses have reflection from inside and it becomes very uncomfortable when you sit in a place that is very bright. But it has definitely protected my eyes. I have very less to no eye strain and red eyes. The burning sensation while using screen has completely gone. The size is perfect and quality is top notch. Except for reflection I'm having no issues with it.
