I’d seen these on different streams so thought I’d give it a try. You know what it’s really good. I find ‘doing the plank’ quite tedious and this changes. Easy to set up and put together. Feels solid and looks good. I’ve started off at 2 minutes 2-3 times a day and you really feel like you’ve done a bit of exercise, particularly your core and shoulders. Little knee that comes with it makes it more comfortable. For the price it seems a good bit of gym kit

Assembly is quick, just snap on the arms and phone rest, then stick on the arm pads. A built in timer lets you see how long you have been working out for which is useful. During use, rolling out fully and holding the position helps target the stomach muscles. This product works well and offers good value.

Nice product. The wheels are of good quality, however the main body seems a little too plastic-ey. The foam pads are nice and comfortable to work with. I was expecting the mat to be a bit bigger, but this was extremely small, kinda size of a mouse pad. The apparatus is easy to use, comes with a nice slot to hold phone, which is definitely a great feature, and after a few seconds I can feel the core burning, so very effective.
