I’ve been using the Redmi Buds 5C for about a year now, and overall I’m very satisfied with them. The earbuds are comfortable and fit well, even during workouts. I’ve used them while running, at the gym, and even while riding, and the experience has been consistently good. The sound clarity is nice for the price, and calls/music are clear. Battery backup is also good — I don’t find myself charging them too often. Even after a year of regular use, they’re still working perfectly fine, which says a lot about their durability. Occasionally, I do feel slight discomfort if I wear them for a very long time, but it’s rare and not a dealbreaker. Considering the price and performance, these are a solid choice and great value for money. I wouldn't recommend it for gaming, you have better options for that but if you want something which is perfect for everyday use then go for it. The app itself is good too.

I purchased the Redmi Buds 5 on 5th June 2025 from Amazon, expecting a decent product from a well-known brand. Right from the beginning, the left earbud was completely dead and did not work at all. I tried every troubleshooting method provided in the manual and online—including resetting, re-pairing, checking different devices, cleaning, charging, etc.—and absolutely nothing worked. It’s clearly a hardware defect. Assuming Xiaomi would stand by its product, I reached out to Xiaomi’s customer care, only to be greeted by apathetic and poorly trained support staff. Not only were they rude and dismissive, but they offered no real help or direction. They simply told me to “contact some service center” without checking availability, location, or even logging a complaint. When I asked for a proper solution or replacement, they bluntly refused. Here’s the most shocking part: They told me that since I bought the product from Amazon and not their official Xiaomi website, they don't provide service or warranty support. Apparently, even if you buy their product from a trusted platform like Amazon, they wash their hands off all responsibility. I’ve always believed in buying genuine products from reputable sellers like Amazon, but Xiaomi is clearly neglecting customers who buy from third-party platforms, even when the product is sold as “Fulfilled by Amazon.” Bottom line: Defective product straight out of the box. Rude and useless customer service.No after-sales support if you buy outside their official site. Redmi as a brand clearly doesn’t value customers. I am now forced to go through the return/refund process via Amazon. A complete waste of time, money, and peace of mind. ⚠️ Avoid Redmi Buds 5 and think twice before buying Xiaomi products—especially if you're buying from Amazon. If this is how they treat customers, they don’t deserve your money. UPDATE - September 8, 2025: I had to get a replacement case from the service centre after losing my original one. Frankly, the process was a hassle, and they gave me a replacement in a different colour. However, once that was sorted, my old earbuds paired with the new case perfectly and all problems were resolved. My positive opinion on the buds themselves stands. For the price, they are fantastic value and perform better than competitors like the OnePlus Nord Buds 3. ANC: Genuinely effective for daily commutes. Sound Clarity: Really good, music and voices are crisp. App Interface: Surprisingly clean and easy to navigate. Bottom line: While the service experience was frustrating, the product itself is excellent. I still highly recommend them for the performance you get for the price.

Sound Quality The sound quality is simply outstanding. The Redmi Buds 6 gives an immersive listening experience whether you are listening to music, podcasts, or movies. Dual Driver in the buds 6 actually provides the great and powerful bass. Battery Life This is also the great feature of buds 6, you can listen to the without ever recharging for the whole day. Comfort and Design The buds are really comfortable and easy to fit in the ear. The design itself is very sleak, modern and stylish. Xiaomi has done a good job in the product design itself. Connectivity and Features The pairing process was very smooth and flawless. Some of the key features such as In ear detection, Active Noice Cancellation greatly adds the value to the product. App connectivity THe features can be accessed through the app which I believe makes it easy and convenient to use their features. Value for Money At this price point, the redmi buds 6 provides great features including Dual Driver. You will hardly find so many great features together in one buds at below 3k price which Xiaomi is providing with their Buds 6. Final Verdict Overall, the Redmi buds 6 is a great option to buy if you are looking for premium features at a budget price. With the superior sound quality, comfort and convenience it is a great product to buy.

This product quality is very poor due due battery backup because I was buy this product in 2025 and warranty is 2 years but now this product bettry backup only 30 mit and I was very sad and I want to return this product

Awesome product for music lover, nearly 1year of usage still the music quality is so good...controlling the settings through the app is nice, thought its nealry 1year of usage battery backup is still awesome. Light weight and easy to carry, the pebble like shape gives a premium look, buds fitting and weight is so lite, About music quality it gives a balanced sound for all the tracks, no irritating bass boos or trebele boost which cause unneccesary headache neat and clean music, even hours of listening your ears wont get tires

I buyed this buds in big billion sale in 2k, here is what I personally fell about it, 1.the bud sound quality is amazing 2.ANC mode is top-notch however when I use this feature in very crowded area noisy place I felt that for milli-second ANC feature gets turned OFF and gets back turned ON this happens with me always when I am in very noisy place, however when you are in normal noisy area you will not notice that 3.i loved the design and that white strip in my buds🤤 is so good I like it 4.As I buyed it in 2k so I felt good having many features like in ear detection, battery indicator(usefull for me),etc. 5.the case design: I like the design of realmi buds 310 case design as it was more rugged and durable design then this one 6.Above points were compromisable I guess but 7.the battery life I got in this was a bit low for.me to be honest it gives me backup of one day only if I use ANC feature in my day to day task ,also the case charge the buds 2 time only when fully charged...so that a bit drawback for me because I think case should have able to hold the buds for 2 days of without charging(that's my one and only drawback of this buds) Otherwise this buds is amazing as hell and I want to use it for atleast 2years and it really feels premium to me ... CONCLUSION:I am happy with the buds overall just a battery is bit concern for me otherwise every feature is top-notch in this price point

for the price, its good, very good. not like the high quality ones but it does the job, bought it for my old man n he loved it. sound quality is also fair, have the features which is handy. its quite a degrade for him as he was using the airpods pro but the compatibility is also nice. it works, and google fast pair, the only reason i chose this one. for that im giving out the 5/5. well done xiaomi. instant connectivity. wow!
