Worst customer care
I want to like this desk - if I can ever get all the parts to actually put it together. Original shipment came without any instructions or parts list. It took a few days to get that sent to me and then found several parts missing. It took nearly 3 weeks for the missing parts to arrive, and I am still missing a piece. I have been unable to put the desk together. While communication with the manufacturer has been somewhat prompt, their quality control is terrible.

DON'T Buy!!! : Total Waste of Money – Faulty Parts Make Assembly Impossible!
The media could not be loaded. This product is a complete disaster. It comes with over 30 parts and a ridiculously complicated assembly process that takes at least an hour—if you’re lucky. I got stuck at steps 3 and 4 because several parts have incorrectly placed holes, rendering the whole thing unusable. The center rod won't fit into the main desk corners as it's supposed to. I’ve attached pictures to show the issue. Now, I'm left with a pile of useless parts and missed my return deadline. This is a waste of money—DO NOT buy this product!
