Are these chairs stackable

There are two varieties. The model (pictured) with vertical slats on the seat back is not stackable. The model with horizontal slats is stackable.

Are these chairs made of solid wood or are they veneers as one of the negative reviews seems to indicate?

I have two of the chairs and I can see absolutely no sign that veneers are being used on either of them. I'm not an expert on wood, so I cannot say for certain that they are eucalyptus, but all the wood definitely appears to be solid wood of a single species. Will agree with the customer who said they're not comfortable, although that does make them great for unwanted guests.

Can I buy replacement bolts for these furniture pieces

I do not think you will be able to get replacement bolts from Amazon, but you should be able to find some compatible bolts at Home Depot or Orchard Supply.

Is this a naural (bare/unfinished) look or is it brown. I want to use it with weathered (grey) teak and a brown finish won't look great I think.

My chair were brown and now that they are a year old they are beginning to weather a bit to grey. I like them a lot.
