I absolutely love this tumbler! It keeps my drinks cold (or hot) for hours, which makes it great for everyday use. The handle is sturdy and comfortable to hold, and I really appreciate that it comes with a lid and reusable straw—super convenient and spill-resistant. It also feels well-made and durable, not flimsy at all. Whether I’m drinking iced coffee, water, or pretending I’m grabbing coffee at Luke’s, this tumbler makes it more fun. It's so cute!! I smile every time I reach for it, which encourages me to drink more! The design is perfect, there's nothing wrong with any part of it. Holds a lot of fluids, though I haven't tried anything warm. You can't beat the quality with a Stanley. My drinks stay cold for so long, the ice takes forever to melt. No leaks at all yet. Washes well in the dishwasher

READ THIS BEFORE YOU PURCHASE: I have owned one of these cups before, and I had it for over a year (I previously had the blue to pink gradient one with the Sanrio characters on it). Unfortunately, I lost that one, so I repurchased one in a new pattern. The entire time I had my first one, it remained PERFECT. No scratching, no dents, nothing, and I absolutely dropped it a bunch. It kept drinks cold for 12+ hours with no ice, and was of course, adorable. WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW: Many of the reviews that show the image scratching off of the outside of the cup were ABSOLUTELY washed improperly. For washing the inside of the cup, wash normally. For washing the outside of the cup, DO NOT use ANYTHING scratchy on the exterior. Ideally, you should only really need to rinse the outside, or put some soap on it and rub it with your hands to get off any grime. If necessary, ONLY USE THE SOFT PART OF THE SPONGE ON THE OUTSIDE. It is common sense that you should not use something scratchy on a transfer image (despite the fact that the image is in fact, very high quality and can withstand quite a bit.) Keep in mind, you CANNOT PUT THIS CUP IN THE DISHWASHER under any circumstances. It comes with instructions that specifically state this. ACTUAL OPINION: My cup came perfectly intact and had absolutely no flaws. No scratches, no image imperfections, no broken straw, nothing, and it got here in less than a week. I did, however, order some extra straws from another seller for a few bucks just in case the straw had broken during shipping. This cup is 10x better than a Stanley. Not only is it super cute for Sanrio fans or fans of different characters or shows, but it works just as well and is much more affordable. This time I am going to keep very close track of it so that I don't end up losing it like the last one. I am certain it will last me years and years. Just like anything you truly value, just take care of it and use common sense and yours will last indefinitely.

Love this thermal cup! It holds ice for a couple days and it’s cute! The paint did come off a little in one spot on the thermal from a ding, but even Stanley thermals are not scratch resistant as my Stanley has lost some of the paint. Plus, I got mine on sale for $14.99 on Amazon so it was a lucky day 🍀

Looks exactly what it does in the photo. The colors are bright and look really good. Holds ice for a long time and keeps heated drink warm.

Great item, sturdy and great design

Beautiful, nostalgic tumbler. Handle is a good fit, but it is strange that it is narrow at the top..not sure the reasoning, there. Lid has an okay seal, and the opening is large enough for lots of different straw sizes. My only complaint - ice doesn’t last a full work day. I get maybe six hours, but less if I have to refill my water. Not a deal breaker as the cup is adorable.

Love this tumbler!! Keeps my water cold for hours! Great for on the go! I take a tumbler with me everywhere and highly recommend this!! The design is so very cute!

Actualización, Septiembre 2025, despues de un año el vaso ya no enfría y no hay garantía. No se me cayó ni nada, simplemente dejó de manteneri fría el agua. Llegó bien empaquetado, con su etiqueta y en una caja aparte de la de amazon. Excelente calidad, mantiene el agua con hielo entre 5 y 7 horas y despues fría hasta el otro día. Yo vivo en un lugar extremadamente caluroso y utilizo mucho un termo de stanley pero este termo de kitty no le pide nada al stanley y eso que la tapa es de presión (no enrosca).

Bigger then expected and super In love. Been hand washing and it's held up well with no chipping in Colors. O ly complaint would be the lid, the rubber seal often rolls up when pushing lid on and makes it thought to come off. Keeps drinks cold for 24hr +

The cup had a slice cut out of handle looks like from a box cutter . The straw was a plastic 1cent straw that was bent and broken for the price of this cup there should be a proper straw for it
