SEIKO Men's Recraft Series Automatic Leather Casual Watch (Model: SNKP27), Emerald, Automatic Watch

I had been waiting for some time for this watch to be available, and did not hesitate to buy it when it was. It arrived earlier than expected, with the watch and packaging in perfect condition. The watch itself is transcendent; even more beautiful than it looks in the pictures. The claim of a 40 odd hour reserve is about right, and the movement is immaculate. Caveat emptor - if you are thinking of acquiring this watch, there is no lume on the hands or dial, despite appearances. I already knew this, so that's fine. The strap is very good quality, despite Seiko's reputation for iffy ones. I have a collection of Seiko watches and this is a delight to own and wear. It is very difficult to obtain one of these on the second hand market, so if it is available, I cannot recommend it highly enough. You will get an awful lot of beautiful watch for a very good price - around £170 in my case; I would have paid more.

I love the look of this watch. It's unlike any other piece in my collection, and the gold coloured markers/hands look great against the Green dial. Too early yet to comment on accuracy but if it's like my other Seikos it'll be fine.

Have looked at buying this watch for awhile & finally took the plunge . Lovely retro look & looks way more expensive than the cost . Already had quite a few comments . The strap supplied is OK but not great , I have already ordered a Stainless Steel strap & another better quality leather one . I like to swap straps occasionally anyway . Overall a lovely timeless classic . The seller I purchased this from did a really ordinary job at packing with no bubble wrap around the Seiko box and it was squashed when it arrived so that was quite poor . I always like to keep the original boxes , manuals etc so was disappointing from that point . As for the watch it's lovely & you won't be disappointed if you buy one !
