The size is great. There are 13 lines to write down the exercises plus a section for Notes. There is not enough room to write down details of the machine/type of weight used and the lines are not tall enough so I often end up using 2 lines per exercise. I would gladly give up the Notes section for thicker lines, or just have 10 lines instead of 13. Also, the space to write down the date is cramped in with the slashes separating month and day too close to the word "Date". Review: To be honest the product is a lot smaller than I expected and the other downfall is that it does not give you much in the way of writing room for your workout

I bought this logbook to replace another size A6 logbook I had for the gym. The size is great. There are 13 lines to write down the exercises plus a section for Notes.
