Vic FIrth - Vic Gloves - Drummer's Gloves with Improved Grip and Ventilated Palm - Black/Grey - Large

I have a really poor grip due to psoriatic arthritis and have been using 'gig-grips' for the last 10 years or so. Without them I've been unable to hold onto the sticks reliably for more than one track. They work but are quite restrictive. The gloves have quite literally changed my ability to be able to play without worrying about drum sticks flying all over the place. They also prevent blisters. I can't praise them enough - quite literally a drumming life saver.

Purchased these as I don't like the feel of some drumsticks (think nails scratching down blackboard!). But they do more than that, they do protect your hands from vibration of drumming, but you don't lose the sensitivity of feel or control over the sticks. These fit my hands perfectly, of course that might not apply to you, for me they are comfortable and look the part. Would I buy again - Yes.

worn every day

I have never used gloves to drum with before but since lockdown the play frequency was low so now I’m at it again my fingers were getting torn up. But with these bad boys I can go harder for longer… ooooerrrr - great stuff

After less than 4 months of practicing maybe 5 hours a week and 2 gigs, holes started to appear and white rubber grips began to wear off. They seem designed for people with very small hands, even the xl. So that is very roughly 80 hours use. This is appalling. Avoid! I'm off to get a refund!!

Read reviews before buying but durability is rubbish. All the rubber has came of. Not worth the money

***BEWARE*** Utterly ridiculous sizing. I have a very ordinary, medium sized hand and therefore ordered a medium size pair of gloves. Wrong. They were SOOO small I couldn't even begin to get them on and had to return them for a refund. Re-ordered a 'Large' size. Arrived today and managed to get them on, but they were SOOO tight, I could barely move my fingers!! Had to return them. Just re-ordered again for the third time, an XL size. Hopefully they will fit my very ordinary, medium sized hand! These are definitely either designed for extremely small people, or by extremely small people!

For starters these are supposed to be XL and they are too small so go with at least a size up. As you can see from the pics the seem has split after only 2 rehearsals and the grip is wearing away on my index finger already. Not worth the cost, I wont be buying these again. Absolute rip off.

Los guantes se sienten bien, dan buen agarre y protección pero las costuras son de pésima calidad. Apenas los use un par de horas cuando la costura del dedo medio se empezó a romper.

These gloves changed my world literally . I have severe carpal tunnel and many surgeries on my right hand . I've been keeping the stick in my hand 95 percent more than I was. So happy with them !
