These insoles are amazing. They provide comfort and support, giving my 6 year old boots a new lease of life. I was told that it might take a while to get used to them, but they were instantly perfect. Expensive but worth the money!

I bought a pair of fairly expensive hiking boots which had very poor insoles with no arch support. I nearly returned them but decided to try these. They are excellent and have fixed my boots. A little expensive though otherwise would have bought more for other boots. Definitely recommend

these are a good comfortable insert, allowed my summer salomon boots to last another season, better than other insoles I have tried and given up on.

Very bulky and when walking caused foot to rub up and down causing a large blister on both heels Very uncomfortable

Unfortunately I did return these insoles as they weren't what I had hoped based on the description. They fit my boots just fine so no issues with the sizing but they were very stiff and unforgiving. I was looking for something with good support but also cushioning and this felt like putting a slice of plastic in my boots. Not sure how they'd have benefitted me even if I'd have tried to wear them it, and that wasn't what I expected based on the description. Perhaps they'd be ideal for someone else, they seemed good quality, just not for me.

Work well w/ Rykas for sidewalk and trail walking. Trim less than you think and go from there. I have numerous foot problems and have tried all the Superfeet. These are the best if you need comfort + stability and walk a lot, in my case about 3 mph.

Excellent! Super comfortable and supportive. Great value and quality. I wore these for the Ozark’s Mountain Challenge endurance hike and I NEVER got sore feet! I was honestly shocked since I have long standing psoriatic arthritis and my feet are a huge problem. This was the first time I had done a race like this and I was very nervous about how my body would hold up; especially my back and my feet. My feet felt very good during the whole race. This is a new thing for me! If you’re on the fence about these orthotics, please give them a try.

I've owned several pairs of the previous unisex version of these insoles (green). The women's version is even better. Very pleased with my purchase and highly recommended.

Always had great success with Superfeet insoles. These are great for my hiking boots

I wear size 6.5 and have rather flat and wide feet. The arch on this insole hit my almost non-existent arch in a suboptimal way so my arches were mildly sore from the friction. It was an arduous up and downhill hike for 8 miles, so considering how challenging to trail was, I am surprised that my feet don't hurt more. Taking that into consideration, these insoles did something right. I may have to trim the sides down to make them fit better into my shoes I think. Easy to trim to size. What I really like about these insoles is the heel. Very comfortable. Not much stress at all on my heels going downhill. And toes didn't slip and jam into the front of my shoe, as advertised on the box. So I would try Superfeet brand again, but might have to play with the style of insole.
