Works really well if you plan on drinking alcohol. Needs to be taken before you drink, and you should be aware that you need to eat and drink normally. Also, it does not make you sober, rather just helps to negate some hangover effects.

i tried many products from reputable brands but they don't work same as nutricost, guys at nutricost bring legal product a little more expensive and a little more in smaller quantities but they are true. im an alcoholic and other brands do not have that effect. nutricost is real. i tried tree something and many others before i discovered nutricost, there ere other brands like life tree or something but its just bull. nutricost is real, and it has effect, so yea 5 stars. thank you guys for being honest. dhm helps me to be sober when i drink, i know its a bit expensive but result is always 100%

I did notice a difference if I take two before having any form of alcohol. I always eat something prior to taking these and take after the meal or before any drinking, not too late! Theoretically, it protects from the toxic effects of alcohol. The next day, I seem to feel better. Plus, I usually take a couple more before going to bed. Hangovers can be rough, especially with advanced age.

DHM capsules are effective and came at a good price. My husband has taken it several times as an alcohol metabolizer with success. Two beers would normally give him a headache, but he didn’t get one with the DHM.
