The mask arrived quickly and well packaged. The external cover is soft and seems to be good quality with one side for use with heat, and the other for cold. The mask is comfortable to wear and maintains heat or coldness for the 10 minutes needed for a session. I find it effective and soothing. It does feel quite heavy on my eyes, but I'm getting used to it. It fits well and does the job!

This eye mask is great quality! After long days staring at a screen, the warm setting provides amazing relief for my tired eyes. I love using the cold setting in the morning to reduce puffy eyes—works like a charm!

Product quality VG as is price, delivery. However why not make the insert in two separate sections. The filing started to cool before it's ready to use due to time spent moving the crystals around. Also the instructions are miniscule, not everyone has access to Internet and we had to use a magnifying glass to read instructions! Despite this, having used it for a few days, we would recommend.

My Eye massager warm or cold works amazing on my eyes which are prone to puffy and dryness and giving a little pamper and self care when needed...with visible results ...this order came within 24hrs of my ordering...very comfortable fit and ease.

It has a removable heated insert. This makes the eye mask easier to clean. It is really good, as it has helped to soothe my dry, itchy eyes after only two uses. It is also good as a cold mask to use in the mornings for puffy eyes.

Very well made and easy to use. They are a good shape and hugged my eyes. Sadly I had some kind of allergic reaction. I am going to empty and swap the contents of the inner bag and refill with grain from my wheat bag. I was just unlucky.

I ordered this product and it never got delivered, I had to wait an extra 7 days and be on call with an amazon worker for around an hour disputing that it never arrived. I was recommended by a friend to buy as its suppose to very effective and cooling for the eyes. I re-ordered the item as I had eye pain when sleeping, the product has lived up to its recommendation. It is comfortable to wear and very easy to adjust. The size of the item is very convenient as it sits on the eyes easy. Definitely recommend as it does the job and 100% worth the price

I have dry eye, so my eye Doctor recommended this. The inner bag is microwavable, so I warm it up the recommended time, slip it inside the pouch and wear it on my eyes to help lubricate the tear ducts. Feels nice and does help. The bag can also be cooled in the freezer. My grandson uses it when he has a headache by wearing it on his forehead. Very nice multi-purpose item - easy to transport - adjustable - good quality product.
