Munchy and delicious
I discovered Munchy Seeds a long time ago and they then seemed to disappear. They randomly crossed my mind again recently and I was thrilled to find them again. These seed sachets are perfect as a high protein snack to tide you over. So tasty, crunchy, moreish - we enjoy all the flavours. If sesame allergies are in your life just be aware that the Mega Omega tamari seven seed mix (purple packaging) contains sesame - our kids attend a sesame free school due to allergies so those can’t go in their lunchboxes.

Great snack
Delicious and healthy, just the right amount in each package. The chilli is not.too hot. Great value for money. Great for lunches or hust a snack. Very tasty. Quality crunchy seeds.

Tasted of old oil
I have eaten these before from a different store and they were really delicious. I was so disappointed to find that all the packets in the box I received tasted of old oil which ruined the taste and I had to throw them all away. The expiry date was October 2025 but they definitely tasted bad. Buy these from another supplier.

Yummy!!
Lovely way to eat healthier. Bought before from another company & it was a bigger back. This is better as you can take them with you. The seeds are so tasty, that it's difficult to stop at one bag. I will be buying more.

Nice but short dated
I really like these and have them on subscribe and save but Amazon keep sending short dated stock. It's 20th March and batch received today is 'best before end April' - so enough that they're technically not out of date yet but it'll be tight to eat them all in time. Will be cancelling the subscription I think and it's not the only Amazon grocery item this has happened with either, so good to check expiry dates in general!
