$60 Shampoo down the drain, literally
I removed the seal, put the lid back on, and attempted to dispense. The casing burst at the seam and the shampoo exploded everywhere. More than half of the content was wasted. Considering I paid almost $60 for this shampoo and this was the 1st use of a brand new bottle, I'm livid that I already threw away the box and won't be able to return this defected product.
