Works great. No wobbling like some say. I am thinking if there is ever an issue I will just epoxy this to the mirror. So far so good :)

In our case a jiffy to install. All screws were correct size, clear instructions, firmly attached, no jiggling if you tighten sufficiently the screw in the bracket. Remove carefully the screws that held the original affixing brackets to the factory mirror, they are very small and are to be reused. Lots of installation pictures, you can’t miss. Very stiff holding on both pivot balls but welcomed if you face rough roads. Seems it will last, a good buy. Still receiving follow up by Shealyn (customer service) on the camera features themselves. Excellent customer service on what seems an excellent product.

Overall Pretty Decent. Works as a decent analog mirror, or fairly intuitive nice touch-screen for the cameras that have pretty good image quality during the day, though at night, the ambient light draw is just minimally OK. Had higher hopes for the glare reduction feature, which is barely noticeable. The Rear View Camera should have a LARGER lens that would help draw in more ambient light at night. Rear camera should also be improved from 1080 to 2k. REALLY APPRECIATE the NON-WiFi option, which IMO is a BIG PLUS, since Wifi = No Privacy! I can't seem to set the front camera to stop recording and it REMEMBER! It seems to remember all the other settings, just not this one. Every time the vehicle starts, it wants to start auto-recording again, and again, and again no matter what the setting was before.

Worked great! I didn't have to put on a new mount and it hooked right up to the mirror. I've had it installed for about a year now, and haven't had any issues.

It was easy to remove the OEM rearview mirror and install the Pelsee 12" with this bracket. The bracket is articulated it can adjust to the driver position. The 2020 - 25 Kia Soul use the same rearview mirror, I'm not sure of the turbo version use the same mirror.

I just wish the plate holding the mirror wasn't made of plastic. No matter how tight it is, it's still vibrating.

Worked great! Make sure you carefully check the packaging for all parts. I thought i was missing four screws but found them taped inside some packing material.
