This paper towel dispenser is easy to install and use, and it looks neat on the countertop. The dispensing is smooth—no tearing or jamming—and it holds a good amount of paper towels, so I don’t have to refill it constantly. The design is simple, clean and functional, and it’s sturdy enough for daily use in the kitchen or bathroom. It’s also easy to wipe down and keep clean, which I appreciate. Napkins fit good, in fact there's so much space in the sides that's why it's a little bulky (the only downside). Overall, it does exactly what it should—simple, reliable, and worth the price.

I saw that a lot of people returned this product because it's too large but I thought they were exaggerating. They were not. 😆 Perhaps it'd be perfect for larger napkins or paper towels but they don't work well for standard napkins.

I really love this paper towel holder. I have the sitting on my counter and it is much nicer than a roll of paper towels. The paper towels pop up when you need them and it looks nice on the counter!

I just love this Towel dispenser , it was super easy to open and stock and very easy to use . Goes well on my bathroom countertop and is suitable for our household and guest to grab a towel after washing hands.

This is a perfect replacement for the countertop multi-fold towel dispenser from ULine. It is of similar quality, but at $55 it is $10 less AND it comes next day. It also doesn't result in my office being flooded with Uline catalogues for years to come. I don't know how they stay in business with how much printing they do. Refilling it is just like our existing one. You simply push the towels in from the top. The mechanism inside is simple so I expect it to last for years to come. A simple spring is the only real moving part, so not much to break. Great quality, works with our existing towels, and compatible with Uline towels. For $55 this is a great value and is easy to recommend.

I really like this paper towel dispenser. However, if you want to use it, you have to find the right kind of paper towels. The ones that I have did not work. I did some research and here’s what I found. Tissue papers in standard boxes are folded in a certain way that each tissue paper pulls a long edge of the next sheet out for next use. Paper towel sheets have to be folded the same way for this dispenser to work as intended. The paper towels that I have are folded more like simple napkins.. Having said that, this dispenser is perfectly suitable for tissue papers too. If you are familiar with gigantic and rather ugly tissue paper boxes from Costco, you already have an idea where I am going with this. There are a couple of things that I don’t like about this dispenser. First off, it’s too big. It takes too much space, whether it's your countertop or table. it’s gigantic. Because of its size, it seems more suitable in a commercial setting or at a large gathering like a house party. If it wasn’t for its pristine white colour, it would be an eyesore. Secondly, its build feels surprising flimsy. The springs feel weak and of low quality. I am not looking for a recoil from them but when you push them down, they feel much weaker than anticipated knowing that their job is to keep the contents pushed against the slot on the top. After loading the dispenser, make sure its lid is properly closed. It’s deceptive and sometimes doesn’t fully close unless you pay really close attention.

The first impression out of the box was how big this thing was. At over a foot long, it definitely takes up more space than your regular facial tissue holders. But it may make sense for restaurants or office kitchens where you have the counter space and want to avoid drilling holes in the wall. This is very easy to maintain and less unsightly than those wall-mounted holders. Size aside, it is very simple to use. Simply press the two circles on the sides to open the top, place the stack of paper towels in it, close the top. Done. The inside is spring-loaded and the motion felt quite smooth so it shouldn't ever get stuck. The opening across the top is quite long, but you can use smaller paper towels. We only tried the ones we had on hand and they worked just fine, although they were a bit small compared to this holder. Quality and ease-of-use are great, just mind the size! This tissue box feels average after trying it. This product is for desktop use, suitable for home or office to store folded tissues, and the design is relatively simple. The appearance of this tissue box is quite clean, and the white design looks simple. It looks pretty good in the kitchen or bathroom. When putting tissues in, there is a transparent window on the box, so you can see how much is left inside, reminding me to add paper in time, which is quite considerate. There is a lock on the lid, which can be opened with a click, so loading and unloading tissues is not too troublesome. The tissues will pop out one by one, which is a bit convenient to use, and it won't be messy when the family members take them. But this box is too heavy and too big, and it takes up a lot of space on the desktop, especially on a smaller table, and it is a bit crowded to put things next to it. The size is not small, more than 12 inches wide and more than 8 inches high. It is more clumsy after loading tissues, and it is very inconvenient to move. I originally wanted to put it next to the sink, but found that there was not enough space, and it was difficult to move it around. If it can be made lighter and smaller, it will be more flexible to place. In addition, the anti-skid pad at the bottom of the box is stable and not easy to slide away, but the heavy weight makes me feel a little redundant. The speed of the paper towel popping out is OK, but sometimes it gets stuck and needs to be pulled out a few times, which is not a particularly smooth experience. The material feels strong, not afraid of water, and easy to wipe, but the overall design is thick and heavy.
